What are the grounds of jurisdiction for divorce proceedings? For example, residence, nationality, domicile, etc.?

Jurisdiction of Turkish Courts is determined according to the Turkish Civil Code, pursuant to the court in the place of each spouse’s domicile and the place in which they lived together for the preceding six months before the case will have jurisdiction. International jurisdiction of Turkish Courts is determined according to the International Private and Procedure Law. Pursuant to this Law, the international jurisdiction of Turkish Courts shall be determined by the domestic jurisdiction rules, as mentioned above.
