Can a divorce be finalised without resolving other associated matters? For example, children and finances

The divorce cannot be finalised without resolving the other associated matters. After receiving all the evidence from both parties, the Judge will make a final judgment. But, according to Turkish Law, it is possible to set a temporary alimony and/or child support and to address the custody of the child during the hearings.
