Notwithstanding custody and the state of their marriage, both the mother and the father have the right to request contact with their child, the right to custody also provides the right to represent the child as their parent, and the right to the administration and use of the child’s assets. But, this right, related to the assets of child is limited by Turkish Law; parents can use the assets for primarily for the care, education and then for the needs of family as far as is reasonable.
