Kortan Toygar is one of the founding partners and has an extensive experience in range of corporate transactions, including merger and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint venture, strategic alliances and financing transactions. Kortan, admitted to practice both in New York and Istanbul, regularly represents foreign companies, private equity funds, other investment funds and financial institutions in cross-border transactions, especially in Turkey. He has also significant industry experience in pharmaceuticals, health care, railway logistics. Kortan is also acting as board member and advising daily corporate matters of numerous foreign companies in Turkey.
He is national representative of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and active member of Istanbul Bar Association basketball team.
