Can financial claims be made following a foreign divorce in your jurisdiction? If so, what are the grounds?

According to the International Private and Procedural Law, “enforcement of court decrees rendered by foreign courts in the course of civil lawsuits in Turkey which are final pursuant to the law of that foreign state shall be subject to the enforcement decision of the competent Turkish court”. Only this enforcement decision of financial claims can be claimed. However, the settlement agreement submitted and decided before foreign courts can be recognised before Turkish Courts
