What methods of dispute resolution are available to resolve financial settlement on divorce? E.g. court, mediation, arbitration?

As a rule, due to the fact that they are strictly related to the public order, family disputes cannot be resolved by the other methods of dispute resolution, such as arbitration. For example, divorce or child maintenance issues are only allowed to be resolved by the court. But financial orders depend on the request of the spouse so judges do not decide about these automatically. For this reason, it can be concluded that financial problems can be resolved by the other methods.
