What financial orders can the court make on divorce?

The party who has less fault on divorce can request pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation from the other party. Also, the Court can order for alimony and child support to be paid. Fault or guilt is not necessary in order for the court to order alimony to be paid. Cases for financial orders can be brought before Turkish Courts within one year starting from the divorce.
