How does your jurisdiction deal with abduction cases? For example, is your jurisdiction a party to the Hague Convention?

Turkey is a member of Hague Convention regarding the abduction of children and there is also a Turkish Code regarding these cases. The Ministry of Justice is the authorised institution for applications in this area and they are conducted with the support of Chief Public Prosecutor’s office.
