At what age are children considered adults by the court?

Under the Turkish Civil Code, children are considered adults when they turn 18 years old. But aside from this situation, the Court can also make judgments to consider a child who is at least 15 years old, provided the child requests to be considered an adult and provided the consent of the child’s parents before Turkish Courts. Also, by marrying a child (as a rule child must have turned 17 years old) is considered to be an adult.
