To what extent is an employee who is provided notice of termination entitled to severance pay?

An employee who worked for more than a year and whose employment contract is terminated by the employer without justified grounds stipulated in Article 25 of the Labour Code becomes eligible for compensation of severance.

 

The severance payment is calculated on the basis of the last thirty days’ gross wage’s multiplication with per year of the employment contract from the commencement date of employment.
