Is a wife able to seek child maintenance and, if so, what factors would the Turkish court take into account in dealing with such an application?

The Client is able to seek child maintenance by holding the temporary and permanent custody of the children. The current living standards of the Children such as social activities, schools, travels, health and care expenses and any other daily expenses must be calculated very carefully and provide to the Istanbul 6th Family Court with the written evidences. Then the Family Court Judge will evaluate the evidences and replies to the internal orders (security department, social security institution etc.) and decide about the temporary and permanent maintenance for each child.
