In order to secure the Client’s situation the advice would be to have a detailed search on the Husband’s assets and collect necessary information. After this step an attorney is able to ask from the Istanbul 6th Family Court to limit the transfer of these assets to 3rd parties and any related transaction. The capital assets must be kept secure until the end of the judgment and the Parties are always able to ask the Court to take necessary measures accordingly.
