A new VAT liablility in Turkey on non-resident supplying services electronicly has been introduced by a new VAT provision included into the VAT code. Following a communique has entered into force on 1st January 2018. Non-compliance with the obligation will cause serious fines. One of our attorney Çağrı Coşar speaks briefly on the topic.
