Attorney Sevinç Demir

Sevinç Demir completed most of her education in France, including her primary and secondary education and graduated from the University of Lorraine (French Law and Common Law systems) in 2012. She completed her master’s degree in European and International Law in 2013 at the University of Strasbourg.

After finishing her master’s degree, she came to Turkey and in order to be able to practice here, she obtained an equivalency degree at Galatasaray University in 2014.

In 2014, she started her career at Yalçın Toygar Law Office as a Legal Trainee. During and after the internship, she mainly worked on corporate law, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and on providing legal consultancy on almost all subjects to domestic and foreign natural persons and/or companies. Sevinç advises the Foreign Representations of countries in Turkey on Turkish legislation, particularly on labor and social security and tax law.

She is also working on legal disputes and proceedings arising from projects carried out by foreign companies investing particularly in the energy field in Turkey.

Sevinç works in a disciplined and result-oriented manner in every business she conducts, and always supports her team-mates without compromising her positive personality and belief in the profession.
